Image/Video analysis (face, human etc) from webcam in real time

We need a python program (based on opencv) which can analyze webcam images (which usually contains many people and faces in room conversation) in real time (or a video file) and report the following information: Milestone 1: 1. Number of people in the scene (some people do not show faces) at each time point 2. Number of faces in the scene 3. The estimated gender, age, emotion of each face 4. The duration of a face (e.g. 5s) Milestone 2: 5. Recognize a previous face (the program needs to save cropped, unique faces in a local folder in real time, and use them to recognize faces later time) 6. Number of unique faces given a period (say 9:05AM - 4:00PM) Milestone 3: 7. Extract text from the name tag, which many people wear. The name tag is a rectangle, and the position is usually on the chest. Note: 1. The counting and other stats should be saved to a local csv file, continuously. 2. All code should be copyright clear. You should be the author of the code. System info: Windows 10 Our python version is 2.7.13, opencv version is 2.4.11. (You may use newer version of python and opencv) Time line: 3-7 days. Earlier the better.
