From what i understand, you will need a search engine. I need to understand the scale to provide you with a proper solution. also need to understand what is it that you will be searching for, is it text, video, images etc. this will determine the kinda of meta data that needs to be extracted and indexed for search. I am also assuming that you will need very good documentation so that you can also understand what is happening.
