So I can build exe in windows which can be placed in a folder where you want to merge pdf’s. You just have to double click that exe and new pdf will be generated. Let me know. I can do this project. I have worked with programmatic manipulation of PDFs in the past. I even have a tool for converting a PDF into a GIF/video.
