Using TESSERACT and MRZ Tessaract is Google Open Source. There are several example and free projects around including Girhub. I am looking for an Expert in Tessaract to achieve the following. I would like to use Tesseract to pull data from documents (certificates, ID'd, Drivers Licences) as follows ; a) I will send the image to a server running Windows Server 2016 and a .Net webservice. The webservice will be written by me. the webservice will be in VB.Net so the Tessaract library (DLL) which you will create, would be consumed by the VB.Net webservice The DLL will accept the Image as input and it will return the extracted data in a String or Array b) iPhone XCode app to use Tessaract take a photo of a document / DL / etc, and extract the text from that. Simple XCode test app also required. Test App - tap button to take photo - extract data - save data to a file. c) Android Studio app to use Tessaract take a photo of a document / DL / etc, and extract the text from that. Simple Android Studio test app also required to show it working. Test App - tap button to take photo - extract data - save data to a file. Recognition speed must be less that 2 seconds for the typical DL or Certificate. I am a programmer of 44 years so no silly bids please. dear sir, i can complete your project with vb.net an tesseract opencv. complete string result will is complete sentence (not extract each value eg:name, adress etc) for 2 sec process, i will adjust the image size. for the accuracy will depend on tesseract
