Architectural Project Using Shipping Containers

The 4-story apartment/house will be constructed from 3x40ft HC shipping containers -- minimalist design. One container is staggered at 13 ft to give room for a staircase that will be serving the upper floor houses since the house will be an apartment of 5 levels, i.e. ground floor, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th -- a total of 5 levels. The house will be set on a 33ftX68ft piece of land/plot. It will have 4 bedrooms (one master bedroom self-contained, bedroom 1 self-contained) and then bedroom 2 and 3, a kitchen, living room, and a bathroom. There is 2ft spacing between the container housing bedroom 1, 2, and 3 and the perimeter of the plot. The container housing the kitchen also has a 2ft spacing to the plot boundary, and there is a 7ft spacing between the container housing the master bedroom and the plot boundary, and finally a 13ft gap from the road to where the house will be built. Therefore, lenght-wise from the road, 13+40+13+2=68ft, and width-wise, 2+8+8+8+7=33ft. I will attach a photo of the inspiration floor plan that I got from the internet and the tweaked/sketch with the changes that I have made to that floor plan. I have also attached a sample of a render to depict the quality of rendering that I expect.
