Help design an SSRS report aggregating from 2 Oracle and 1 SQL datasource

We have a SQL Server Reporting Services report built with SQL Server Report Builder, pulling information in from four data sources - an Oracle financial database (3-5 fields), an Oracle projects database (8 or 9 fields), a SharePoint list driven by a SharePoint entry form, and a SQL Server-based Project Server database. The SQL Server (Project Server) database contains a Projects table and a Tasks table (connected by a Project ID). We need to match a Project Server project ID to a universal project ID contained in the Projects table. Then query all tasks matching that Project Server project ID, filtering for just those tasks that are flagged to be included in the report and have been scheduled for completion in the past or the next thirty days. These tasks will then be displayed in a single tablix on the report. The SQL Server (Project Server) projects database also contains five fields driving the color formatting of a five boxes (denoting five phases of a project). If a phase field reads 100% (Complete), a box (denoting that phase) on the report will render green. If it reads 0% (Not Started), the box stays white. If it reads between 0 and 100%, the box renders a light green. The Oracle projects database will drive three single expression fields on the report, with the five remaining fields each driving the color formatting of a single box. If a field is flagged true, a box will render blue. If false, the box stays white. Three or four single expression fields are populated from the Oracle financial database. All data sources report on a single-page, fairly simple, SSRS dashboard. The SQL queries for the two Oracle databases have pretty-much been written. The queries for the MS SQL (Project Server) database still need to be written. And the conditionally-formatted colored boxes need to be designed for the report. The work takes place behind a firewall, so we'll need to do that through a shared screen. There may be a couple of other things, as well. Thanks.
