Thesis in Health and Medicine, with SPSS

My independent study is based on my independent pharmacist prescribing clinic. I have started writing a standard thesis which will be sent for information along with copies of course work, a review of prescribing clinic in 2008 and an Excel spreadsheet of questionnaire responses. My academic supervisor, my 6th, has now informed me that instead of a standard thesis it should be written as a case study. The original study design was to use a mixed methods concurrent, data validation variant, methodology. Referenced work to date excluding discussion and conclusion are to be sent for information but due to my health problems I need assistance in rewriting this thesis.
