Need Summary Document about High School Early College Programs

I am an education consultant based out of New Jersey, USA. I help high schools develop programs to help their students be better prepared to enter college and be successful. I would like someone that has knowledge in USA education or has written/researched about education programs to: 1) research and create a list of 20-30 types of programs and initiatives that high schools implement for "early college programs... an example of this is "dual enrollment programs) 2) for each program or initiative, i need the person to write a short summary about each program that includes (what they are, their objectives and how schools implement them) 3) for each program, there needs to be a short write up on how other schools can implement them in their high schools I want the focus to be on effective but INNOVATIVE programs for high schools. This is NOT a blog article, its more of a informative guide paper.
