Property management application in Ruby on Rails

I am already worked on this project and finished it But now I want to add this feature to my project. (For ex: user1 has 10 properties total. He has given 5 properties for rent. And three of them for 6 month lease and 2 for 1 year lease. So if I look at these properties it should say the first three properties are available in market from September (6 months from now) and the remaining 2 will be available next year march (1 year from now). So I want to see all available properties if someone is looking to move in December. So it should show all current open properties along with properties that are ending lease in september (before december). Its basically your future rental property planner.) I am willing to share my code so that you can continue working on it and extend a future to my existing code/project. Attached the .rar file already here My whole question was: Rental solution/application #1. Client needs a web application to manage all the properties he/she owns. It is basically used by landlords who often manages lot of properties for rental. It will be both commercial and as well as household rental properties. Your application should provide the client an option to manage all the properties he/she owns. He should be able to add/delete properties and view all properties in one single place. (Add at least 5 properties). Think of attributes a property can have like address, county, type, sqft, number of bedrooms, bathrooms etc etc #2. Once a property is rented client should be able to capture all the details of the renter along with lease details like period, rent, deposit etc. So if a property has active lease then that property is occupied and if not then that property is available for rent. Also we should see all details like how much deposit was paid on that property and what is the current rent of that property etc #3. Add a feature to see all active leases and when a property will be available for rental. If any customer approaches client he/she should be able to show them a page with all available properties for rental along with their rent and other information. (I could not implement this #3. So I want this to be completed now!)
