Inbound Customer Service
$2-8 USD / hour
I am looking for individuals or call centres that are able to commit to 6 months or more. Your job will be to take incoming calls and assist them with the sign up process as well as answering any questions they may have. I will be paying a small fixed hourly + a large commission for each client that I am able to successfully do business with. I require a 2 week training period before we begin and I will need you to work Monday-Friday 9-5 Eastern US time. I only need 1 person but I would like a number that if they are routed to you by my receptionist and you are on the phone, it will put my client on hold instead of sending them to voicemail.
You need to speak very, very clear English and must be a quick learner.
