connect SAP HANA DB from HANA Studio

We have a HANA DB installed on SUSE 15 SP2, HANA DB is able to start properly, we can use hdbsql to query [login to view URL] STUDIO is installed on windows server 2019. HANA Studio host can ping HDB hostname, HDB host can ping HANA Studio hostname. Windows firewall on HANA Studio is disabled. But when adding HANA system to HANA Studio, we got error: The system cannot be reached. Please help me connect to HANA DB from HANA Studio.
