Although not much information is there on the Bid Request but that give a good overlook about the requirement. So, If I understood correctly , you require a Module Pool report with multiple screens to help user select one/multiple jobs and the same needs to processed as per certain set of rules. After that some data needs to be inserted to custom Z-table. I am happy to inform you that same can be fully implemented by me provided a good support is provided from business process point of view.
