Search Engine - Similar to Google or Dogpile

Basically this project requires someone who is extremely adept at AIR. I need functions like a video music gallery which can be taken from the site to your desktop. In terms of the design it requires nothing I have a template and the SE will be powered by a Google CSE this only needs some minor .php editing. The site needs to be able to remember users and their settings. I am proficient in .PHP and other webdesign areas and will be overseeing the project. Only the highest quality work accepted.
