I am open to any Business plan but here is what on my mind: I work in Real Estate (I BUY HOUSES LOOKING FOR SELLERS ONLY "NO" BUYERS)) not dating, insurance, loan officer or Rental Not looking for a ppc campaigns. I'm looking for someone to do their own campaigns and either have their own site to land and capture the lead on / direct them to or send them to my site [login to view URL] under I BUY HOUSES link where you have the ability to track the leads along with google or any other site you know how. (I will give you access to my site to make changes and to do any SEO etc)(Must be familiar with point2homes web site & know how to work within it) I'm looking for you to keep track of my leads to follow up with them (email, mail, ph call, etc) to see if they bought or listed any property with me. I'm not looking to cheat you out of anything I'm hoping to pay & give you as much money as possible if I cheat you out of something you will not have any burning desire to do it over & over but if you see their money involved you'll have a burning desire to do it again & again. I want to do business over a life time not one or two deals. I will offer $50 for every person that sign a listing agreement or purchase contract plus $100 when it sell / closes you can always keep track of the Browrd County Tax Records (since I'm looking only in this area) to see if the property change ownership But you will be able to see on my web sites what properties I have listed and what ones would be new to list and anything I'm buying I'm listing to sell but you would be responsible for what leads came thru you Verse any other lead source I'm using. Again not looking to cheat you I want to pay you for your effort and time so you will have to tell me if this will be acceptable. I'm not familiar with vouchers for google adwords or any of that. I know how to buy and sell properties I know nothing about the leads marketing & generating programming side of the world.
