Looking for a virtual assistant to help in managing The Savvy Redhead and in launching The Coaching Redhead. The Savvy Redhead includes two main branches of services; administrative and bookkeeping. I am looking for someone to be my right hand and help me with a variety of tasks. You will need to know my business and be as passionate about my business as I am. I have a ton of great ideas that I would love to get implemented asap but don’t have the time. You will have to be willing to take an idea, understand my vision and get’er done. You need to be familiar working in the online world but also with the administrative/bookkeeping side of the business. You may be asked to do bookkeeping tasks once in awhile but it will be minimal. However, I would like this position to be the initial face of our customer support team and if you can’t answer the question it would get referred to one of our specialists. So a general understanding of bookkeeping is important. You also will need to be able to create blog posts on various accounting topics. Initial tasks will include: Social media management Creating graphics Finding relevant links Creating graphics Scheduling on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram Posts in various facebook groups Creating and managing the editorial calendar Creating blog posts - drafts with bullet points will be provided and posts will be reviewed before being posted initially Facebook and Linkedin ads creation and maintenance Updates to the website Creating new pages Creating different forms Scheduling and formatting blog posts Basic SEO management Assisting with product and program launches Creating lead pages, optins and email sales funnels Managing the onboarding of clients Managing the end of client relationships Invoicing and project management system updates Creating/Updating various SOPs Management of client help desk and assigning tasks as received Public relations and helping to get our brand known in the online community Webinar assistance Research as required Generating new client leads Keeping track of trade shows and other events to attend Keeping CRM updated with leads Management of newsletter Gatekeeper - in order to get in touch with me they go through you We use a lot of different software and it is important that we stay on top of new software that has come out. Specifically in the bookkeeping sector and that integrates with Xero such as inventory or payroll options.
