Wow you have a nice site that should be penalized but how do you know that it is? I did a quick peak at the site and saw that it is over-optimized on an article for branding your business, for example. You over over 300 pages indexed in google which is also a problem because you don't have that many posts. If you want to work with a foreigner that as language barriers, don't hire me.
