Powerapps/Sharepoint expert needed to search data from JSON file in Powerapps and revert result to Sharepoint list

Your requirement is not completely achievable in PowerApps. Why don't you go for a SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solution instead? I can develop one for you provided you have access to appcatalog.

I would suggest for an initial Migration to be carried out from the JSON file into a structured database such as Microsoft Dataverse. Dataverse supports delegable functions and is robust enough to work with 1+ million rows. There are free and paid versions of Dataverse, which we could discuss in more detail. Based on your preference, we could patch to SharePoint as intended or may alternatively make more sense to write data back into Dataverse. Further discussion would be required around this.
