Recruit 5,000 Facebook Fans and 10,000 Twitter Followers

Time Line • Must be completed in 60 days or less Project requirements: • All fans and followers must be real people with active account Facebook accounts (no fake accounts or accounts at risk of being suspended.) • Twitter account must be promoted within the Terms of Twitter. • NO bots, NO Blackhat techniques, NO Farmville or any other games to be used on Facebook • Fans and Followers must be from USA, Canada, UK; Germany • Must be achieved by NO means of Illegal activity • Fans and Followers must be active • No spammers or distasteful, illegal strategies or techniques that violate the TOS of the sites • No fans that will put my accounts at risk • You must use good practices when gathering fans. (If either account is banned or deleted as a result of your actions. there will be no further payments for this project. I will pay via Paypal or escrow. I will pay 10% advance to begin project and a 25% milestone payment when there are a total of 1,500 total Facebook fans and 3,500 Twitter followers. Another 25% will be paid when the accounts reach the 3,000 and 7,000 mark. Balance of 40% will be paid upon completion. This milestone payment offer is subject to negotiation based upon your experience and ratings. This project is tied to future projects that are similar in nature so a winning bid and successful completion assure single source bidding in the future.
