I am looking for a person that will do for me a tool like described in here: [login to view URL]~kleban/papers/[login to view URL] program recognizes text with OCR - program sends text to Google and translates to english - program allows users to choose what language they wish to tranlate into what. I will want to translate German, French, Russian, English, Italian and Chinese into Polish - so you can make only option to choose input language - program replaces text on the video
