This is what I need.
An API is probably the way to do what I want, programmers have told me this.
I would like the capability of up to 30 callers at a time to call a phone number to a ivr, the ivr when receiving the call will ask the users members code number.. Members only will call this number unless the member gave the number to someone else.
The ivr should be able handle calls that are made by callers with no membership code. Giving them enough time to press in their code or speak it then cut the call off. It also should allow for mistakes made in keypad or unclear voice code by asking for the code twice maybe three times then cutting the call off or a call could be made through the website then through to the logged in android phones with suitable app. So they might assist, which the member will be charged for.
Now what happens next is that is once recognized as a member from the members website database the ivr will read off a form the member filled out by the member in the members account section of the site reminding the member of choices and the number corresponding to the individual choices, up to ten choices, and it will allow that member to choose one by keypad which would automatically trigger a broadcast of that choice over a local area network through a website and then through to logged in android phones with suitable application..
If the choices are not what the member wishes the member may push # or * , 11 whatever, the member would then be connected directly somehow by phone or soft phone through the website over the local area network to the logged in android phone network with suitable application for soft phone, but the call will go to more than one at a time insuring some one will be able to pick up the call through the website and out through the local area network of logged in android phones with suitable apps…. .
The member must also have the option of canceling the request broadcast over the local area network which will be timed from when the request was first made and if over 5 minutes the member will be charged a cancellation fee.
The website is going to be built starting as soon as I have “the ivr expert’ who will be advising as to the best way to integrate this ivr with the website and logged into the website android phone set up seamlessly.
