Modify Open source Application to include my revision/s

Hi Guys, I need you to quote for work to modify an application ([login to view URL]) to do the following: - Modify to accept strings of text from an OffAir Decoder Serial Output from a PDT2000 ([login to view URL]) - Application will need to accept text and ensure output is perfect to be within what PDW is accepting and ensure output is exact;y as expected. - A capcode import feature will need to be created to accept a excel spreadsheet to input filters - Previous experience with 'POCSAG' and the application would be beneficial. - Allow a text buffer file to be the same as requested. Will be provided to awarded person. These are the main changes. Other small changes are to be included within the application. It is required to work on Windows 32/64bit (XP > Server 2008). Once approved, I will allow the user RDC access to the server running PDW to test with input strings from the OAD. Awarded person will have access by other means as requested and being approved by me. Please PM me your individual acknowledgement with 'PDWOAD' in the subject line to ensure you will be picked.
