Thoughtcollector.exe to be ported to run as aweb-application

I have an application named Thoughtcollector that is written in VB.net and shall be ported to run as a web-application. It is a multi-user application that is used to enter messages into a database via a GUI. I have written the application in VB.net to provide a good example of what it should look like. Not all steps of the application are fully implemented, so there is room for improvement. The database design may be altered if necessery. When running as a web-application, no objects are to be installed on the client. The web-application must be independent of the web browser. The use of smartphones as client must be possible. You may use my sourcecode and database for better understanding and for reuse The web-application must be open for modifications, so that I can add further functions on my own.
