Flash/Flex Developer

We are looking for an experienced Flash/Flex developer with extensive AS2/3 skills. We are in the process of developing a flash software that converts PDF publications into online interactive media using flash techonology. You will be in charge of constantly adding new futures to a fully dynamic and server side XML/JSON drive application that already is built and working. Skills Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in developing large scale applications • Strong understanding of OOP • Working experience in flash player 10 and paper vision 3D engines • Strong knowledge of Adobe Air Runtime • Working knowledge of audio and video streaming • Image Editing • Experienced in creating dynamic applications that use XML, JSON and server side technologies • Willing to share your competencies and ideas within a very dynamic environment that is constantly evolving. • Experienced in Flex profiling, CPU performance monitoring and optimization • Experience with implementing Social Network Platforms • Solid knowledge of memory management and building applications that manage a large number of objects efficiently • Experience with e-commerce/Shopping Cart/Credit card processing/PayPal processing and affiliation platforms • Strong punctual, organizational and task estimation skills.
