I need you to develop a Webservice for adresschecks. The "costumer" starts a query on this webservice with his personal key and the attributes: Name, Zip, Street, City. These adress should be checked. The webservice delivers the correct Zip, Street, City back. The Name shouldnt be checked. the queries per key should be counted and logged. The query search for the correct data should be also phometic.
