The project consist on a SW for B2B. It has to be developed a marketplace where three actors meet, Buyers( Companies), Agency ( single person or companies), suppliers ( single person or companies). The software enables to buy and sell products and services. The Buyer purchases from the Agent which purchases from his suppliers. The three actors make transactions in the market by using App and a Web Desktop front end. The Payments for products and service by the Buyer will go on favor of the Startup. The Startup will retain a percentage and pay forward the Agent who will pay the supplier. The SW has basic functions because is a MVP. If the MVP will have a good response by the users, then the SW will be further developed with more and more features. It is a high scalability project. More details after signing an NDA.

Hi, Send your NDA to sign because I want to read more about it. It is something like distributer is selling to reseller and reseller is selling to buyer. In all case there is some profit margin to be rewarded to seller.
