Video server and client for low latency video streaming

Video and sound Streaming Platform coded in C# or C++ using Hardware acceleration (optional for user). Video server need to run in linux server and Client in Windows (if possible mac and linux too not required). Easy installation is required for client software, so user can do for it’s own. Connection with an existing database.
