I need experienced programmers to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Javascript. I need to develop a web based financial chart for showing charts in web browser. It should be compatible with Android/iOS for integration. It's preferred to opt for open source libraries with feature rich graphics, fast & flexible for customization. Capabilities to add custom data series, draw lines, text, images & legends are key.
