An application that can send sms alerts to the assigned numbers and then escalated it to the next level by the prefix matrix the same if it is not completed within the fixed pre set time for that task. The user will have to go back and notify the application that the task has been completed in-order to stop the same from being escalated. there should also be a provision to extend the time for a particular request by the authorized user and the same need to kept a track of. Basically the usage of the application is to help easily assign tasks to the staff on duty and also ensure hat the services are being completed within the stipulated time. The app would also help keep a track of avenger time being taken for the tasks and average performance levels for each employees.
