I want to create a digital post office where registered users can receive mail online into their account. There should be the ability to arrange mail according to eg. financials, utilities, bills etc. There should be API plugins for financial institutions who want to integrate payment platforms for users to use. The digital post office should also have the ability to send email notifications to subscribers each time a new mail arrives. There should also be the option for bulk mailers to send promotions to subscribers etc. This is for a project in Ghana (Africa). We would also want subscribers to verify themselves so ther should be a registration portal where they provide their details, and scan an id, and utilize a location software (snoocode) to verify where they live. Snoocode is already active in Ghana and there is no charge for users.
