MS CRM developer - small project

Looking for an experienced programmer for Microsoft CRM. Must know how to code and access the SQL database (not just configure, code). The project is not a big one: we need someone to add some functionality that is not in CRM. Add field to the SQL DB and then some screens References and experience is essential. Must be based in Johannesburg (Sandton) area. No other areas or countries considered please, as we'd like to meet. This is not a big job, but may lead to more work. Cost is important (as always!).
