Need business lawyer to review 2 sales agreement for my startup company

I need business lawyer or someone experienced in making or writing contracts for selling a product to a wholesaler and for paying a supplier for the product for my startup company. I need the following reviewed: 1. Wholesalers agreement (terms and conditions) 2. Supplier agreement (terms and conditions) 3. Quick glance at my product and it’s disclaimers both on packaging and the insert (it uses trademarked names of other products on it) I am a startup company with product about to be made. My product is a tool to help repair technicians quickly and easily repair a device (such as an iPhone or tablet) while holding the screws from a device on its magnetic surface. It’s basically a magnetic mat with a diagram that shows someone how to take apart a device and put it back together. I have over 100 of these. They are for iPhones, Samsung iPhones, iPads and more. (Though this product is very simple, Most people still can understand what it is and I have to break it down to a very low level, iI have a PDF that shows the product and it’s functions). I have not started production of the product yet but I am about a week away. Currently, I am going to ask my customers to put a half deposit down in order for me to make the product. They have to posit will cover the cost of making the goods themselves. I need a contract that explains this very clearly to my customers. I also need a contract that makes it crystal clear that the suppliers will make the product, and do simple fulfillment by packaging the product in its retail packaging and mailing it to my customers. I am a one-man company as of right now, so I’m wearing all the hats of my business. I have two documents/contracts for you to review. They are about 7 pages long. They are complete and based on already well written legal contacts from a template online. But there’s some things i just wouldn’t be able to correctly put into the contract since some elements are unique from business to business. I don’t have much money to spend on this so if you make a super high price I will decline. Quick stats: -I live in Virginia -I will officially start selling product this year -No product has been made yet but samples are being sent to me -I will be selling to wholesalers who will buy bulk orders in the 1000’s to 10’s of 1000’s -I don’t have capital to pre make my product so I will be approaching wholesalers with product prototypes and samples so they can put the half deposit down -I will be contacting them by email or phone to land a deal and will be presenting a PDF catalogue and the wholesale agreement terms and conditions contract -though I’ve Done extensive research on exactly what to say and what to disclaim on my product, it still has not been officially reviewed by a lawyer or experience contract writer.
