Hello. It seems doable what you described. I will need to play around a bit and it's done. I used to run Minecraft server so I'm quite familiar with many aspects which might be of help. And if I'm missing something, I should be able to clarify with you quickly. I am good in linux and apache and can write your script for you . Just give me access to the Linux server and it will be done. I can write a script that will stop and restart the scripts automatically with the same command, all you will have to do is select which server you want to start.
