LA or NYC based customer service representative for outbound calls
$15-25 USD / hour
We're looking for support for our US customer experience team that supports a network of creative studios in the US, UK, Ireland and Germany.
We recently launched 2 LA studios in West Adams and Silver Lake and after a free trial session at the studios, we want to find out about their experience and bring them back into the studios as a paid customer.
Task:
- Call our new LA customers and find out how their experience was so we can improve it
- Invite them back for a 20% off session at our rehearsal studios (our customers have a great relationship with us so this will be welcome!)
- Follow-up on these with an email, and track responses/reasons.
Work would be from now until May 20, with the potential of ongoing part-time customer service management duties.
