I received Bachelor in English and Master in Translation specializing in English, Arabic and French from the University of Art and Languages in Oran, Algeria. I worked as an interpreter in a Chinese company that sells water pipes for two years. My duties weren't limited to interpretation only, but I also provided support to the clients. I worked as a customer service representative in a translation agency for two years, providing support via phone, emails and live chat in three languages. I did customer success specialist trainingcourses as well. I can use intercom, zendesk and CRM, also I am able to master new software applications in minimum time . I am patient and passionate about helping others, and I can manage working in different shifts. In addition, I love working in a team, and I am familiar with using communication tools suck as; Slack, Good Hangouts, Basecamp and Zoom.
