I have a UK wireless services project in hand & would like companies having good experience in telemarketing projects to get back to me.

About the Client –

The client is based in UK and is currently looking for additional experienced call center’s to form Joint-Venture Alliance partnerships with them. The client requires center’s that can consistently generate quality mobile sales under their brand. If your centre is the best and you can provide your own UK calling data and have the following facilities you will be rewarded with an excellent pay-per-performance commission structure:

1. Agents must have excellent command of English language.

2. You must provide daily, weekly and monthly results and reports.

3. All Sales must be supported with Voice-Recordings.

4. Predictive Dialer.

5. Quality Controllers are necessary.

6. Remote barging facilities are a must for quality control.

7. Team Leaders must be available for training.

8. High level of Data security

9. Call centre to provide leads.

10. Calling hours 12 Noon - 8pm Mon - Sat.

Sale order system is directly linked to the Network provider and will provide your call centre total transparency for analysis of all aspects of the campaign and performance of the agents. Your centre will receive a twice daily network connection report showing the status of all sales uploaded.

Payment terms of the Client:

Term of payment is will be made as under:

For Sales connected 1st - 15th of any given month payment will be released no later than the first working day of the month following and settlement 2 days thereafter by Bank Transfer.

For Sales connected 16th - end of any given month payment will be released no later than the 18th day of the following month and settlement 2 days thereafter by Bank Transfer. The company must provide Bank Details.
