Feasibility Study support

For a project with the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ), PEM Motion wants to initiate local innovation in the Bangladeshi textile industry. Therefore the goal of a first initial study is to investigate the feasibility and potentials of producing medical technical textiles like FFP Masks on a big scale in Bangladesh and based on this develop possible strategies to support local companies in operating in this context. Working with the technical university RWTH Aachen in Germany and the ITA, a leading institute on textile production research, we are currently searching for a local project coordinator in Bangladesh to conduct the study better. This coordinator should provide network and contacts, arrange appointments, conduct interviews, translate, and support the team with communication, data collection, organization, administrative work and all other necessary steps. We are searching for a motivated person with: - University qualification - Bangla (mother tongue) and English min. C1 level - Professional experience of at least 7 years in business development, textile, industrial relations or other related fields - 5 years working in Bangladeshi textile industry - Leadership / Project experience The support will be necessary between the 15th of November '20 till 15th of May '21 and will cover 30 expert days. Additionally you could bring in also 2 local research assistants with an additional 20 days each.
