Hi, i've very good experience on 3ds max and Zbrush. I'm currently making a First person shooting game and making soldiers (US army - watch my portfolio). I will be really happy to make the characters for your game. One more thing i'm only good for male characters. So no females. Watch my portfolio for an idea. As for the tools, i will use Zbrush for sculpting at higher details and texturing. Then i may bring that to 3ds max for additional stuffs after converting it to low poly for your game.
