same script, 3 types of 1 minute animation with potential for more.

This project is a test for many others to come. I will send you a script in English of about 130 words. (Its about 1 minute) The script is explanatory script for children at the age of 8-10 What we would like to have is an animated video which will describe the script and make it alive. We are looking for someone we can work for the long run and have constant work together. This can bee a full time position or based on a project. What we are looking for in this project is as follow: 1. Make a simple animation. This can be a white board style or and other simple cheep style. 2. Make a 2D video with moving characters – this can be done using flash, CTA or any other software. 3. Make a 3D/after effect/ boomtoon animation. All animations will be done according to the same script. You will need to provide a voiceover makeup (if you cant, i will provide one). If you can translate and have voiceover makeup to the following languages, it will be great but not a must. (French, Russian, Spanish). We need to know how much money each animation costs for this project (you will have to do all 3) and how much it will cost for future work. For example: if we would like to have a project of 100 animation videos, how much will it cost per minute of animated video for each one of the categories. Attached you will find samples of animated videos, this is the level of characters and backgrounds we would like to have. There will be small modifications in the characters since we need them done for our use and our teachings. We might choose more than one freelancer as we are looking for the right one to work with in the future. Amongst the ones choosen, once you finish this project, another one of about 2 minutes will be given to you as another test (with full payment), only then we can decide who we can go with on a larger project. 1.
