Chinese/China-based Social Media Assistant/Media Coordinator/Researcher (2-3 months)

I am looking for a native Chinese speaker (ideally based in China, but not required) who can help me with:
1. setting up social media accounts in Chinese (all applicable social media and messaging apps) and boosting engagement and reach
2. Do daily postings (messages will be supplied, you just need to translate to Japanese). Sometimes it maybe just 3x a week. The client just has an important event on 15 March so we need to do daily up to that point.
3. Help with some research on the ground, as well as some press release distribution in China.
Must be a native Chinese speaker.
4. The project is about cryptocurrency/blockchain so some experience in the said subject will be helpful
ETA: Just found out that being based in China is actually an obstacle, so what I'm looking for now is someone not in China. Better if you are in Hongkong or Taiwan, or anywhere as long as you speak/read/write Chinese.
