I am looking to hire freelancer to do a test translation and transcription of approximately 40-minutes of interview footage. The test clip is 2:14 (two minutes and fourteen seconds). Once the test clip looks good, I will award the entire project to that company. (Additional project will follow as a new project after the test is complete).
