Gaming Laptop Troubleshooting

We are in the USA, and our family uses an HP Gaming Laptop to run our HTC Vive Virtual Reality (VR) system to play games on Steam. The system has stopped working after less than one (1) year. We have performed a complete Factory Reset of the gaming laptop, and it still will not work. The issue is the headset will not light up when plugged into the Gaming Laptop. However, it does light up just fine when plugged into a different Laptop. However, that laptop is not intended for VR Games because its graphics card is not good enough. Gaming Laptop has a GTX-1050Ti 4GB GPU. Internal lights on headset will not light up on gaming laptop, but internal lights work fine on another laptop. We need to pay someone who can fix this issue. No hourly rates will be accepted. We need a lump sum price, and we only pay when fixed. We can provide you remote access to the gaming laptop for troubleshooting with our assistance, if and when you need it. SteamVR System report is attached for your preliminary review up front. This report was generated before the factory reset of the Laptop. We can generate a new report as needed. Please note, we are available during reasonable hours on EST Time Zone.
