Can you send me one, then I'll quote properly (ignore bid $ at this stage, it's purely nominal). And then I'll also send you a brief sample of what you'll be getting from me. In particular, "fixing" badly recorded audio is always a compromise between removing unwanted sounds and affecting speech quality.
