Video interviews sourced and shot - Developing Country focus

I am looking for two brief interviews to be filmed in English (less than 10 minutes). Specifically, I would like someone currently based in a developing country to interview someone implementing a development project (who has profressional expertise in the area) or running and NGO and someone benefitting from that project or a similar project. Only the interview subjects need to appear on camera. I can provide interview questions for you once you have identified interviewees. The interview should only take a few minutes, as there will only be 3-4 questions. Further details will be sent to candidates before contracting is finalized.
