I own a small exterior contracting firm in New Jersey USA. I am looking for a VA to help with phone call/email lead screening, setting up appointments, managing a cloud based calendar, follow-ups with proposals and client interactions, billing and invoicing for completed work. This is long term employment and is estimated at 20 hours per week involvement in the beginning. I am hoping to find the right candidate in the next 2 months.
