I need source code of working vpn using open source libraries like OpenVPN. No UI development. VPN shoud work for both IPV4 and IPV6. After running your code, I like to see list of VPN. I can type any vpn I like to connect and the connection happens successfully. In console output I like to see before and after IP address. Budget is max $30 so don't over bid, it will be waste of time. Type "Virual connection" in the proposal so I know you have read the project description.
