Cover For My Novel PAP

My book is named PAP and it is a political / financial thriller. I am getting ready to go to publication but I am in need of a nice cover design which will include the front, back, and spine. I am attaching to this request a copy of the specifications as required by the printing company. This has to do with submission guidelines etc, They mean much more to the graphic artist than they do to me. I also have an ISBN # and barcode graphic that needs to go on the back cover. The cover needs to be 2 color as that was the way I had it bid. So it will need a little design creativity. I need the job in 5 days start to finish and it will be approved complete upon acceptance by the printing company as properly submitted.
