Create website using template(repost)

I already have a template (see attached) and I need the designer to finish what another coder already started. Designer is to create and fully implement my new website. Website is to be fully functional and to my complete satisfaction upon completion. Website will incorporate the latest design techniques in flash, html, photoshop, java, etc. Website design will include, among other things: rotating 360 degree views of computer cases (flash effects), drop down menus, intelligently maximizing and minimizing pictures/words, etc. Design is to follow completely the template/layout which I provide for you. Further instructions will be provided upon request, but it is implied that due to the elaborate nature of this project the full project requirements are difficult to describe without further dialogue. Designer is expected to know 100% what is expected before entering into this work agreement. Chat with me on google for any questions you have about project criteria. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform firefox, IE, chrome (all LATEST versions)
