chat window design

I need exist pop up window for my site. The pop up will look like chat window, but it is not an active chat window in that there is not live support person. ## Deliverables The chat window functions are the following: 1) If the user submits an answers then it spawns a new window, and the chat window closes down. 2) if the user submits a answers then those answers are emailed over to a pre defined email address. 3) if the user exists the pop up window then it spawns a new window. 4) The window code should be something we could easily implement into our all our pages. The html code should be easy enough so that we could change things like: 1) where the user submit text gets sent to 2) which exist pop up happen, so allow the user to pick between exist pop up on submit, or exist pop up if the user x?&#8364;&#8482;s out the page. Thus submit may = [[login to view URL]][1] While X may equal = [[login to view URL]][2] and email may = <paulgio@[login to view URL]> Three values should be something the user could change easily.
