5. Merge the note field from TTMdata and Goodinfo data together on TTM data sheet, keep notes from both places into one place, ttm data
6. Keep the ttm data records to override the goodinfo records that have a name in the updated by field, they are recently updated.
7. Take Goodinfo list and override the ttm list, but keep the fields that ttm list has for
Firstname/lastname/email/fax/website/ category/
8. Search for all churches that have the below names in them, find them and delete entire record
Muslin
Hindu
Unitarian
Jehovah Witness
Church of Jesus Christ of later day saints
Islam
Morman
9. In phone and fax fields, make all numbers consistent.
For example (xxx)xxx-xxxx , take out +1 etc
This way, when I search these records and sort, they sort properly
10. Search organizational name and if the name has the words in the name as below list, make the
Category field, that category name ; for example st James Catholic Church= Catholic
Search the ones highlighted below only and then add the name below to the category field.
