Hi, As I understand, an access database is to be made which is internally works with SQL Server data connection. There are 2 ways to use a SQL data connection from Access, the first is by linking the tables into Access database, the second one is through VBA macros. I believe the appropriate model for your project will get clearer when the requirements / functionality details are shared. Please do share the next set of details, like the brief set of functionality to be provided in the access, the version of SQL server, Access.
